International work
One our missions is to keep abreast of international developments in the interpretation and application of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). To be able to do so we regularly participate in relevant international forums.
The European Network of Ombudsmen for Children (ENOC)
The Ombudsman for Children in Sweden is a member of ENOC, the European Network of Ombudsmen for Children. The members of ENOC exchange experience and knowledge and are also active in promoting the introduction of new national ombudsmen for children in Europe.

Cooperation with the Nordic Ombudsmen for Children
The Ombudsman for Children in Sweden has annual meetings with the Ombudsmen for Children in Finland, Iceland, Norway, and with the National Council for Children in Denmark where children’s rights at a Nordic level is addressed.
